Apple’s streaming service has been nominated for nine Royal Television Society Awards in the UK.
The Craft and Design ceremony for 2022 will take place on December 5 in London. There are nine Apple TV+ content nominations in eight categories. Ade Rawcliffe, Chair of Awards said that this year was ‘extraordinary’ for the industry, and that the Craft and Design nominations ‘rightly illuminate exceptional talent and range of voices and skills in the UK content production industry’.
The film ‘Slow Horses’ has been nominated for Music- Original Title, and the same is true for ‘Bad Sisters.’ On top of that, ‘Bad Sisters’ is also nominated for Music- Original Score. Moving on to another film,’The Essex Serpent,’ it has received a nomination in Design- Titles. Lastly, the production management category sees a nod towards ‘Trying.’ To finish up, in Production Design-‘Prehistoric Planet’ got a nomination within Entertainment and Non-Drama.
