Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino proposed to his longtime girlfriend Lauren Pesce on the June 21st episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation.

He revealed early-on in the season that he was ready to propose as the reality star has known Lauren for over 15 years.

Sorrentino said, "My dream was to have my proposal with all my best friends around me and I have that. I just need them all the focus and help me get through this so I can do this proposal without a hitch."

His roommates all helped plan the big event: DJ Pauly served as the DJ, Vinny Guadagnino made the slideshow, and all the ladies decorated.

Lauren is the light at the end of my tunnel. Lauren is everything. Lauren is my best friend. She is my soulmate. She is my better half and knowing that I found that, I'm willing to face anything in life.

After a long dinner that allowed the roommates to prepare the house, Mike and Lauren returned home. He started with a slideshow then told her,  "You're my best friend, my college sweetheart, my better half, you make me a better person. Please make me the happiest man on earth, will you please marry me?"

She said yes, and the roommates cheered and cried then they ate Laurens favorite rainbow cookies.
