Ashton Kutcher against James Corden really turned out to be a showdown of burns when they faced off in a Drop The Mic battle.

The show is based on a segment on Corden's The Late Late Show, so it seems like he would have the advantage.

Corden started off saying, "You do great charity work year after year. Why don't you save something from dying? Why don't you start with your career?"

You married Mila and I guess that's cool, but why the hell is she still with the loser she dated in high school?

Kutcher jabbed back at Corden's Carpool Karaoke and his Peter Rabbit movie.

"People came to see Peter Rabbit battle me, but your battle's with your lady -- her Rabbit's out of batteries," he rapped. "My career's been doing fine ever since the 70s, your job's an Uber driver for real celebrities."

Corden came back strong, "You made fun of Peter Rabbit and my work on Carpool. I'm not taking that from the tool that made trucker hats cool. You joined Two and a Half Men when producers had a beef, it's the only time people thought, man I miss Charlie Sheen. You invested all your money in technology and apps. Hell I'd do the same if I knew I couldn't act."

Corden's big burn came when he brought Mila Kunis into the battle, saying, "You married Mila and I guess that's cool, but why the hell is she still with the loser she dated in high school?"

The one and only Diddy was the judge of the event, and told the guys, "In one of the closest battles in the 'Late, Late Show' history. The winner -- by only a half a point -- for the very first time in history, James Corden!"
