The Weeknd is "shocked and embarrassed" by H&M after they release a photo of a black boy wearing a "Coolest Monkey In The Jungle" sweatshirt.

The Weeknd is cutting his ties with H&M after they release a racially offensive photo. The photo shows a young black boy wearing a hoodie that says "The Coolest Monkey In The Jungle." The Weeknd started working with the brand in 2017. He was modeling their campaigns and working on collaborations with them under his XO brand.

Woke up this morning shocked and embarrassed by this photo. Im deeply offended and will not be working with H&M anymore.

Other celebrities are speaking out about the offensiveness of the photo and calling H&M for being insensitive. H&M issued this apology:"We sincerely apologize for offending people with this image of a printed hooded top... We believe in diversity and inclusion in all that we do and will be reviewing all our internal policies accordingly to avoid any future issues."
