T-Pain announces release of latest album, Oblivion
T-Pain finally announced his latest release, nearly six years after the autotune legend’s last album.
This week T-Pain posted on his Instagram that that he finally has a new project on the way in a texted out conversation he had with another plane passenger. You’d think a guy would proofread before an album unveiling, but hey, we’ll let it slide. T-Pain’s new single ‘Goal Line’ ft. Blac Youngsta is T-Pain’s first official track released off the album. As of now it remains unclear whether T-Pain’s single “F.B.G.M.” ft Young M.A. released earlier this year is to be included.

“After his wildly successful appearance on NPR’s Tiny Desk concert series, Pain has made an effort to move away from his previous, well-known sound and into a new, more stripped-down area of his musical ability.”
At this point it is unclear what to expect from the revival. Besides the newly released single ‘Goal Line’ featuring Blac Youngsta, T-Pain hasn’t released a tracklist or who else will be featured. With the album still over a month away it is also hard to predict whether we’ll get a second taste before the album itself, but given the wait so far don’t hold your breath.
