It's only been a couple of weeks since Shawn Mendes released his self-titled album, and now one of the biggest hits on the tracklist, "Nervous," has a handsy visual to go along with it.

Mendes teased the video with a vertical video shot in black-and-white, now the widescreen version has a muted color palette but the same vibes. Veteran songwriter Julia Michaels co-wrote the song.

"I saw you on a Sunday in a caf. And all you did was look my way. And my heart started to race. And my hands started to shake, yeah," Mendes sings.

I get a little bit nervous around youGet a little bit stressed out when I think about youGet a little excitedBaby, when I think about you, yeah

In the video, the young singer plays the guitar while unidentified hands touch him all over.

Mendes shared some sweet behind-the-scenes of how it looked not on the camera and teased fans with more footage on social media.

Mendes just wrapped up his four-night residency on The Late Late Show With James Corden and his album is on top of the Billboard 200. Not bad for someone who gets nervous.
