In an interview on the "The Breakfast Club," rapper Meek Mill has said he and Drake have "moved past" their beef, and commended the Toronto for supporting his campaign to be released.

Though Mill said he hasnt spoken to Drake since his release from prison earlier this month, he doesn't think there will be lingering animosity. He may even be open to working with his former foe in the future.

He put good energy in the air. What happened happened. We moved past that. I think well have a conversation next time we see each other, and get it going.

Of course their 2015 feud, stemming from Mill's derogatory remarks toward Drake, regarding work with a ghostwriter, the back-and-forth led to "Back to Back," a beef-crushing single that served as a de facto closer to their beef.

He's even conceded defeat, admitting he didn't really understand how the internet could work for and against an artist in a hurry.

"I was just trying to figure out the internet," he said. "Thats a whole new world to me It confused me. I stepped into a world where I didnt know how to handle it the way I usually handle it."
