Shes back! On Sunday, Mariah Carey took the stage for her live performance on "Dick Clarks New Years Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018" on the show went off without a hitch.

True to form, Carey showed up in a glamorous white fur coat, a revealing sequin gown, and diamonds galore. The music icon performed two songs, starting with "Vision of Love," her first hit single from 1990 and preceded to belt out a second song, 1993's "Hero" for the estimated 1 million people standing in Times Square.

"Im feeling a lot better than last year when I had to get my own police escort to walk away."

Last year's performance was a mess. Not long after Carey appeared on stage chaos broke out. As she began performing her 1991 hit single "Emotions," she abruptly stopped and told an eager crowd, "We can't hear. We didn't have a sound check, but it's New Year's, baby. It's Okay, guys." She went on to add at the time, "I'm trying to be a good sport here."

Within minutes, people were trashing the legendary singer all over the web. But it was Carey who got the last laugh and enjoyed a hot cup of tea last night after nailing NYE in Times Square. Ladies and gentlemen, Mariah Carey.
