Kendrick Lamar to ban photos at live shows

Kendrick Lamar will be banning outside photographers at his shows and encouraging fans to not use their phones for recording.

Kendrick Lamar is following the lead of artists that are trying to keep concert-goers in-the-moment at their shows. He will be encouraging fans to put away their phones. On his tour, he will also prohibit outside professional photographers from the venues to protect his brand. They're also doing this as a way to encourage ticket sales rather than letting friends simply view the concert from home via their friend's photos and videos.

Kung Fu Kenny is making this decision as a means of protecting his brand and ensuring that tickets continue to sell as opposed to the act of fans giving their friends back home a special free viewing via social media.
