Wale drops surprise EP 'Self Promotion'

Wale surprised his fans with a new EP titled 'Self Promotion' a four-track project.



There was almost no promotion for the new Wale EP; he surprised fans with the drop of his Self Promotion, the follow up to Marchs Its Complicated.  


The EP has four tracks and has one lonely feature from DMVs DJ Money on the outro for "Cassius (Excellency)."


The standout track "Negotiations" was previously released and are already a fan favorite. The "Body Body Body" freestyle is perfect for warmer weather. The song "Salary Kaep" was inspired by Colin Kaepernick and has Wale flexing on his heritage.

Self Promotion - EP

Wale has been recovering from disappointing album sales from Shine his 2017 project.


He said he didn't do enough promotion and he doesn't mind that it was a "flop" he told the Everyday Struggle hosts, "My LA show sold out in six hours. So I know Im doing something right. I know whats going to happen. I believe in that album with all my heart. I understand theres a lot of people who havent even heard it."
