Eminem is still riding off the success of his hit song "Lose Yourself" from the movie 8 Mile and now he's joining a select few artists who can say their song is certified diamond by the RIAA which means it has shifted 10 million equivalent units, and 10 million in the United States alone.

The only thing that we noticed, honestly, is that the track felt so good. We didn't know why it felt so good, but it was something that felt good to us. It wasn't until he got the script for the movie [8 Mile] where he came up with the lyrics and everything. It just came together. But something about the mode of the music really touched us. We kept pulling it out of the computer every so often to revisit it, to see if it could spark anything in us. We loved the track.

The song also ran for 12 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100 which made it the 4th longest in history. When it was released it was a defining song for his career and even the first hip-hop song to be nominated for Song of the Year.
