No one can forget the iconic duo that was Eminem and Dr. Dre. Fans have been waiting for them to team up again and now it looks like a project will be happening soon.

Eminem posted a photo of himself in the studio with the simple caption, "In the studio with Dre." In the snap, Eminem is staring at the camera with a screen behind him that shows Dr. Dre in The Wash in 2001. The movie is about Dre playing an assistant manager of a car wash with his business partner Snoop Dogg.

Its always the same with me and Dre. Over the years, we've really become close friends. I would never look at it any other than that.

Dr. Dre has been taking a hiatus from recording, but he's remained close with his longtime friend. Not to mention Eminem's latest album was produced by the 53-year-old as he always likes to have Dre's opinion on his music.

Eminem talked about Dre during an interview with Shade 45, saying, "I love to play my stuff for Dre because I'm gonna get an honest reaction every single time. And Dre's going to tell me if something sucks. Hell do it in his own way."

Fans cant wait to see what they're cooking up, and it'll be interesting to see what they come up with next. In the meantime, Eminem will be headlining Coachella this weekend, which would be a first for the rapper, though he made an appearance at the annual event when Dr. Dre was headlining in 2012.
