Drake is leaving his mark in Miami and for good reasons: graciously donating thousands and thousands of dollars to students.

Drake was really in the giving mood on Monday while in Miami shooting his new music video for "Gods Plan." The rapper stopped by the Miami Senior High School and gifted them a $25,000 donation and OVO-designed uniforms, according to Billboard.

His generosity didn't stop there.

Realizing that I had a larger purpose was one of the most comforting, peaceful feelings. With music, especially, Ive come to the conclusion that Im a vessel to deliver emotion to people. I want to provide the background music to your life as you live it. Im there for you in heartbreak and tragedy and joy.

Drake surprised a University of Miami student with a $50,000 check towards her tuition. The elated student, named Destiny James, took to Instagram to share the generous donation with a photo of Drake holding up a large $50,000 check and wrote a lengthy post thanking the rapper.

"Drake told me that he has read great things about me and appreciates how hard I've worked through so many trials and decided to give me $50K for my tuition. @champagnepapi THANK YOU SO MUCH!!' You don't understand what this means to me," she wrote. "I would've never imagined this happening to me. I'm just a girl from Denmark, SC that wants to MAKE IT and be somebody and for you to see my hard work means the world. Thank you so much. God I thank you."

In a second post, James explained that she applied for and received multiple scholarships. She assumed no more scholarships would come but was offered to do a video discussing her background and the importance of scholarships. While filming the video that wasn't actually real, Drake surprisingly appeared.
