For the first time in seven months, Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher, step out on the red carpet.

The country singer looked gorgeous in a yellow, beaded mini dress by Nicolas Jebran. Later in the evening, she performed her smash song "Cry Pretty."

In the months after Underwood's fall, she had to implant a plate into her wrist and has a long recovery.

I'm probably not a very good patient because I'm like, 'I can do it I'm not completely broken. I can do this.' I'd say the hardest part was my wrist. I can't use my appendage and I'm trying to pick my kid up and make food and, like, do mom stuff. That was challenging.

There were even some rumors that the couple was getting a divorce. Fisher responded to a social media commenter, "We've never been better" to shut them down.

Underwood revealed that she had a "freak accident" in November and she was worried about the way people would react to her face after having had a lot of stitches and surgery.

She opened up about the accident with Rolling Stone, explaining, "I'd say the hardest part was my wrist. I can't use my appendage and I'm trying to pick my kid up and make food and, like, do mom stuff. That was challenging."
