Alshon Jeffery: 'We're bringing that trophy back to Philly'

The Philadelphia Eagles star receiver clearly doesn't believe in the concept of "bulletin board material," much less the provision of it.

Philadelphia Eagles star receiver Alshon Jeffery has guaranteed victory for his team, in his media session, per Martin Frank of News Journal (h/t Bleacher Report.)

He was asked what the Eagles would do if they were to win Super Bowl LII on Sunday in Minneapolis.

"Aint no if, man," he says confidently, cutting off the reporter. "When we win on Sunday, aint no telling what were going to do."

He had much more to say.

S***. It's time to go get it man. I feel like, s***, [Brady] in the way of where we're trying to get. We came here for one reason. That's to bring that trophy home.

He's even not bothered about, y'know, the whole aura of Brady and the Patriots' dynastic intentions.

"That's what we're trying to start in Philly," Jeffery declared, per Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia. "At the same time, they in the way of what we're trying to get. We're trying to get a trophy, man. We're trying to bring this trophy back to Philly for the first time. We're trying to win the Super Bowl. All that dynasty stuff, that s--- don't matter to me."
