Dez Bryant and Odell Beckham Jr. work out together

Now that the New York Giants have released their oft-injured big-bodied receiver, they could be in the market for particularly hungry former Dallas Cowboy.

Former Dallas Cowboys wideout Dez Bryant is shooting his shot at the New York Giants, with the willing assistance of his friend, Odell Beckham Jr.

Not even a day after Giants released receiver Brandon Marshall, Bryant went live on video Instagram, showing himself working out with the team's best player, Odell Beckham Jr.

The Giants got a helluva defense, theyre going to pay [Odell Beckham Jr.], so coming back. Playing with him, Sterling [Shepard] . . . the tight end [Evan Engram], [Eli] Manning? Crazy.

It appears an ideal marriage, given Bryant would provide the Giants with a big-bodied pass catcher to replace the oft-injured Marshall. It could be easily argued that Bryant has been unfairly targeted for issues in Cowboys QB Dak Prescott's slow development.

General manager Dave Gettleman is playing coy, but it's clear New York has room for a player of his skillset. Plus, Bryant gets his wish to play the Cowboys twice a year.
