Though Jones is cleared of any criminal charges, it's currently unknown whether the Bills organization or the NFL will commit to any action or punishment.

According to TMZ Sports, prosecutors won't press criminal charges against Buffalo Bills receiver Zay Jones following an argument with his brother in downtown Los Angeles on Monday night, where Jones was running through an apartment hallway, bloody and naked.

The district attorney's office spokesman Paul Eakins cited "insufficient evidence."

The 22-year-old was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism, after an episode where LAPD spokesman Luis Garcia said Jones was discovered "breaking glass doors and windows."

TMZ initially reported the incident, and posted a disturbing video they'd obtained from an unnamed videographer. It shows a nude Zay Jones pushing his brother, Cayleb, in what appeared to be the hallway of an apartment building. He presumably heard saying he was going to "fight for Jesus."

His agent, Zeke Sandhu, did not reply to media requests. However, Jones' father, Robert, later said his son was at home and recovering, per TMZ.

Cayleb Jones, a Minnesota Vikings receiver, posted a message on his Twitter account, saying: "I am my brothers keeper."
