New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will dip further into his future second career, with a brand new Showtime comedy special.

"Unsportsmanlike Comedy with Rob Gronkowski" debuts Friday, Jan. 5, and will feature stand-up from former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Finesse Mitchell, Juston McKinney, Jay Larson, John Caparulo, and Lenny Clarke.

It was filmed during last summer, according to Gronk.

TE Rob Gronkowski played every snap in the first half but wasn't targeted. Definitely doubled at times, forcing Tom Brady to look elsewhere. Also possible that Gronk, who entered day with 69 receptions, is OK with this development.

Ahead of the special, Gronk appears in a parody of Liam Neeson's character in the film "The Commuter." The NSFW video was posted on his Instagram.
