The perception rehabilitation of Johnny Manziel is going swimmingly well, with the former Heisman Trophy winner continuing to work with close friend, Odell Beckham, Jr.

Johnny Manziel's '#comebackszn' has ratcheted up to full throttle.

The Texas A&M Aggie and Heisman Trophy winner hasn't played competitive football since 2015, but is on the trail via a potential look with the CFL's Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

Yesterday, Manziel posted a short video assisting Odell Beckham Jr., who's on a comeback of his own.

We need more Manziel, and the sooner he gets back on the football field, the better. This is a spectacle with too much promise to pass up.

Per Alex Marvez of The Sporting News, there's still a hiccup in negotiations with Hamilton.

Erik Burkhardt, Manziel's agent, has demanded Manziel receive a "fair deal" from the Ti-Cats. But Hamilton's general manager is unaffected.

"The things we do in our league certainly maximize his skill set and give him a chance to create an opportunity if he plays very well," said general manager Eric Tillman. "If he were to play to his potential, he could come back after a couple of years in Canada, and there would be suitors across the board for a quarterback that has his physical skill set."
