Happy 34th, Darren Sproles!

The well-known 5′ 6″ runningback kicked off his career over a decade ago, at Kansas State, where he still remains the all-time leading rusher. After being drafted by the Chargers, Sproles went onto play for New Orleans and Philadelphia, the former of where he would become the first player in NFL history with 2,200+ all purpose yards in 4 different seasons (2008–2011).

I think a Darren Sproles only comes around once in your lifetime, in my career and in everybody’s career. There may be another one 15, 20 years from now. But there’s not many guys like Darren Sproles.
