Photos have been released that showed a bullet-ridden van from what Atlanta people believe was a targeted shooting, when the vehicle holding Floyd Mayweather's associates pulled up to a luxury hotel in the early hours of April 9, according to TMZ.

Mayweather's bodyguard Greg La Rosa was struck in the leg, but there were reportedly six others in the van. 12 shell casings were also found at the scene, according to the police report obtained by the outlet.

At this time, it appears that this was not a random shooting and the shooter was targeting the victim's vehicle.

Numerous bullet holes were found on the hood and the side of the van.

TMZ reports from their sources that Mayweather was in another vehicle, in the valet area of the hotel when the shooting occurred. Atlanta police haven't made any arrests in the case.

Given how close the shots were, it's a miracle no one else was shot or killed in the event.
