After the whole scandal in Brooklyn, former UFC lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has returned to Ireland.

He, with longtime girlfriend Dee Devlin and their 11 month-old son Conor Jr., returned to a swarm of paparazzi, there to document the arrival of a fighter that sure to find his face on every Irish print rag available. In true McGregor fashion, though, he greeted the paparazzi with a middle finger.

After hitting the NYPD bookings for his part in the melee at Barclays Center, he went down to the Bahamas for a break.

He has never wanted a fight so much. He doesnt care about the money for once, he just wants to get this guy one on one as he feels this whole situation was caused by him and he wants to make him pay. He would take this fight on for peanuts, he wants to make it happen.

It also seems that McGregor wants a shot at new UFC lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and the champ is game.

"We're talking, but if it takes too long, I don't want to do that," Nurmagomedov told "If he wants to fight this year, then we can fight. Otherwise, I dont know. We wont wait long. I want to fight Conor and if he can fight, I will fight him."
