The drama just continues with Meghan Markle's estranged family.

The American actress, who is set to marry Prince Harry on Saturday, was blindsided earlier this week when news broke that her father, Thomas Markle Sr., had set up a paid photo shoot with paparazzi. He then said that he would no longer be attending the wedding to walk his daughter down the aisle, due to the fact he was embarrassed for being exposed. He also claimed that he was suffering from severe chest pains and was in the hospital.

Of course, Id walk her down the aisle. This is a historic moment. Id like to be a part of history.

The Kensington Palace stated on Monday underlining that her father's statements that he wouldn't be attending the royal ceremony which was a "deeply personal moment' for Meghan, and they had no additional comment on the matter, according to multiple outlets.

Now, Thomas has since changed his mind after speaking with Meghan and decided to travel attend the wedding, that is, of course, he gets approval from his doctor to travel after reportedly suffering a heart attack last week.

Thomas told TMZ, "I hate the idea of missing one of the greatest moments in history and walking my daughter down the aisle. Of course, I'd walk her down the aisle."

"This is a historic moment," he added. "I'd like to be a part of history."

When the outlet asked Thomas what he thinks Queen Elizabeth II thinks about all this drama, he said, "I dont think the queen is thinking about what Im doing."
