The Duke of Cambridge made a surprise appearance at a school in West London on Thursday to talk to children about mental health issues along with rapper Professor Green. He shared a very moving message about cyberbullying and unrealistic beauty standards, aimed towards the young school girls sitting in the crowd.

I worry for you girls. The touched-up pictures are not real. Dont try to recreate them or think thats what youve got to aim for.

"I worry for you girls," the soon-to-be father of three told the crowd, according to The Telegraph. "The touched-up pictures are not real. Dont try to recreate them or think thats what youve got to aim for."

"Theres a lot of fakeness online so dont worry about that," he added, before encouraging the boys in the crowd to not be afraid to express their feelings.

"Its really important for boys. We're not very good at talking about our emotions and how we feel," he said. "Girls have got a little bit better, and boys, we've really got to work hard on being able to talk to friends, family and trusted people about how we feel."
