It's he said, she said but in a good way.

Nikki Bella appeared on the Today Show on Wednesday (Mat 16), just two days after her ex John Cena, and addressed his public plea to win her back.

Cena told co-hosts Kathie Lee Gifford and Hota Kotb on Monday that. "I want to make [Nikki] my wife. I want to be the father of her children."

His proclamation has "shocked" his ex.

Before I do say those vows and walk down that aisle, I just dont want to be hesitant. I dont want to be regretful.

"I just know that a healthy me will be a healthy us," the WWE Diva continued. "I do have hope for our future, but I know right now, I need to work on me. Before I do say those vows and walk down that aisle, I just do not want to be hesitant. I do not want to be regretful."

When asked to predict her future with her fellow WWE star, the athlete said, "I have hope. I really do."
