Kim Kardashian lands on cover Vogue India and people aren't happy

Kim Kardashian West has landed her seventh Vogue cover with the latest being for India, but people aren't feeling it this time.

Love or hate her, Kim Kardashian is the queen of controversy.

It was only one year ago that her sister Kendall Jenner stirred up some drama when she appeared on the cover of Vogue India on an issue celebrating its 10th anniversary, leading many to express their frustration that the publication didn't choose a cover star that better represented its readers.

Now, the same critique is being made about the mother of three.

The saris, the jewelry, the clothes everything was so beautiful! I told my show that we have to figure out how to get to India.

After the 37-year-old reality star revealed Monday night that she is once again the face of the iconic fashion magazine, the backlash started pouring in.

"I have nothing against Kim Kardashian but @VOGUEIndia is really doing itself a disservice by continually neglecting to portrait [sic] brown women in their 'magazine' you're perpetuating a detrimental cycle of underrepresentation. Stop whitewashing your own damn culture," tweeted one user.

"No shade on the Kardashians.. but like Y'all seriously couldnt find an INDIAN for the cover? First Kendall & now Kim? @VOGUEIndia," another wrote.

"I cant believe @VOGUEIndia featured Kim Kardashian on their cover as if we dont see her featured on a different magazine every day. Indias Vogue should embrace and feature their own south Asian women instead of choosing someone from pop culture," a different user said.

The last time Kardashian was featured on a Vogue cover was earlier this month for Vogue Taiwan.
