Texas Tech guard Keenan Evans nailed a game-winning 18-footer in the final seconds of overtime. Evans smoothly got downhill with a couple of moves, and confidently put down points 37 and 38 to down Texas, 73-71 in Lubbock.

Dominant from the tip, Evans scored a career-high 38 points, over half his No. 10 Tech's point total.

In that moment, I wanted to be the man for our team. [Coach Beard] always on me about, `Don't be afraid of the moment. Go be the man.'
