Chris Paul did it all for the Rockets who advance over Jazz to conference finals

Seizing his moment to finally get into the Western Conference finals, Chris Paul scored a playoff career-high 41 points for the Houston Rockets, in a 112-102 win over the Utah Jazz, sealing a series win, 4-1.

 

Paul drained eight threes, had his mid-range jumper working, had 10 assists and secured seven rebounds without a turnover in a dominating performance.

In the win, Paul became the first player in playoff history to score at least 40 points and 10 assists without a turnover since turnovers became an official statistic in the 1977-78 season, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

 

This will be Houston's second trip to the Western Conference finals in four years, and they will host the Warriors for Game 1 of the Western Conference finals on May 14.
