Suns' Booker nets 46 in win over Sixers

Booker shook off a terrible first quarter (2-of-11 shooting) to outplay both Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid, in a showdown of young franchise players.

Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker turned in yet another dominant performance, scoring a game-high 46 points in a 115-101 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

He did it in every way possible, but was especially deadly from three-point range, making three in the final quarter. He scored 32 points on 17 attempts in the second half.

Sixers center Joel Embiid had 22 points and 12 rebounds. Fighting through sickness, Ben Simmons scored 20 points. JJ Redick led the Sixers with 25 points.

"I know there's more things I have to work on. Turn around this franchise, start to get wins and make the playoffs. Whatever I have to do to do that, I'm with it."

Booker, who scored 70 points in a game against the Celtics last year, continues to find himself in great company. The 21-year-old and LeBron James are the only players with 10 30-point games this season.
