LaVar Ball is the founder of the NBA?

A Google glitch (or perhaps active troll job) makes for a hearty laugh, listing LaVar Ball as the founding father of the NBA.

Are you a basketball fan? Want a good laugh?

Type 'LaVar Ball' into your Google bar.

As of a couple hours ago, It'll tell you that Ball is the founder of the NBA.

And no, LaVar Ball absolutely did not found the NBA.

The league is the result of a 1949 merger of the Basketball Association of America and the National Basketball League.

Every basketball fan should go on and search "NBA Founder" on google right now. You won't regret it

Ball, however, is looking to get his Big Baller Brand-associated Junior Basketball Association off the ground - a post-high school league for talent looking play competitively without going to college.
