Miami Heat star Chris Bosh is being sued by his mother, Freida, in a dispute surrounding a home that was part of her son's alleged promise that he would take care of her, according to Bleacher Report.

Freida Bosh asserts her 34-year-old son had her sign papers in regards to the deed of her DeSoto, Texas, home back in 2005. She claims that she believed the documents were related to her divorce from husband Noel, Boshs father.

This is a home my son and I built together about 12 years ago. Chris is evicting me from my home as we speak.

Freida claims that before she signed the contract, the former Heat forward promised he would tend to her needs for the rest of her life a promise that will be difficult to ascertain on a legal basis.

She also claims she discovered she wasn't the property owner in August 2017, via correspondence with Bosh's lawyer. She claims Chris or his legal team distorted the documents she signed.

The property is at the center of Freida's December arrest for allegedly allowing drugs to be sold out of the home. She's also accused of directing a disabled man living at the residence to pay rent by using part of his disability check.
