Second-year player Jaylen Brown took a nasty tumble, in the Boston Celtics 117-109 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday night.

Swinging from the rim after a dunk late in the third quarter, Brown lost his handling and fell onto his head, neck, and shoulders. Though he walked off the court, he was evaluated for a possible concussion and subsequently taken to a local hospital.

He finished with 14 points. He also posted on his Twitter account that he was okay, but that he had a headache.

I was terrified. I mean, I know what that fall is like. I've done it in high school, the same way. For him to get up, that's a strong kid.

Kyrie Irving rebounded from sitting a game with a sore knee and paced the Celtics with 23 points, seven rebounds, and eight assists. Center Al Horford also had 20 points with eight rebounds.

Stepping up in the absence of Wolves team leader Jimmy Butler who's out with a knee injury, forward Nemanja Bjelica scored career-high 30 points, on 11-for-16 shooting, going 6 for 9 from three.
