The crowd in Boston gave Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaiah Thomas a hero's welcome back, in an extended standing ovation between the first and second quarters of the Celtics' eventual 102-88 win.

Thomas did not play, as he's being limited to playing only after off days as he works his way into game shape.

The unexpected star of the game was Terry Rozier, who led both teams with 20 points in just 20 minutes.

When I first came in the league, that's a guy that I watched a lot. The little things he did on and off the court. Like a big brother to me. Just to hear those words from him, I'm happy that he's on his way back -- so I can guard him in February.

LeBron James would finish with 19 points, seven boards, and six assists. Kyrie Irving would score just 11 points but filled the stat sheet with nine rebounds and six assists.
