The NBA said Tuesday, via its 'Last Two Minute Report,' that game officials missed three late fouls on Kevin Durant, and one by LeBron James, during Golden State's compelling 99-92 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Christmas Day.

According to the league report (h/t ESPN), Durant fouled James twice with less than 30 seconds to go in the fourth quarter and Cleveland down 95-92, first making contact to the Cavs star that changed his "speed, quickness, balance, rhythm" and then made contact with LeBron's body on his blocked shot attempt.

He's too big. He's too big for that. He's too big. That ain't no foul.

Kevin Durant
Forward, Golden State Warriors

Durant's "too big" quote is telling, in that it reinforces the idea that James should accept more contact to offset his size advantage - similar to larger historical antecedents like Shaquille O'Neal and Wilt Chamberlain, who were, of course, centers and not playmaking forwards.
