Kevin Love is officially in the clear for Game 2 of the 2018 NBA Finals.

The Cleveland Cavaliers star will not be penalized for being on the court during an altercation near the end of Game 1 against the Golden State Warriors, according to Yahoo Sports.

The act in question came when Love, who was not checked into the game, appeared on the court as a scuffle broke out at the end of Game 1.

I was already on the court trying to get the refs' attention before the scuffle.

As for his teammate, Tristan Thompson, who might face a suspension after shoving the ball into Draymond Green's face in the closing seconds of the game after already have been ejected, there's no update as of now.

At the time, official Tony Brothers called a flagrant 2 foul, which brings about an automatic ejection.

"I contested a shot that shouldn't have been taken," Thompson told the press after the game. "I mean, it's like the unspoken rule in the NBA: If you're up 10 or 11 with about 20 seconds left, you don't take that shot. I make the contest, and next thing I know, I was being kicked out for a good contest that we learn in training camp. I don't know why I got thrown out."
